H.E President Emmerson Mnangagwa has left Harare for Accra on an 3 day state visit.  The President will meet Ghana's President John Dramani Mahama and together, they will preside over the first Joint Permanent Commission on Cooperation. The visit, scheduled to run from April 1 to 3, is expected to focus on strengthening cooperation across key sectors.
